Journey Inward

Private Practice Therapist for Mental Health Counseling

Journey Inward is more than a practice—it’s a legacy. The name was lovingly passed down from Shawna's grandmother, who also dedicated her life to helping others heal through therapy. In honoring her path, Shawna has continued the work of guiding others through their own inward journey of growth, healing, and self-discovery.

Journey Inward is a private practice working with adults for individual counseling to address mental health, addiction, and trauma. Using evidence-based practices tailored to each client, we meet them where they are on their journey through healing. Our approach prioritizes creating a comforting and supportive environment, ensuring that the well-being of clients is our top priority.
